I'm Ronith (Ronny) Sharmila, a Marketing Project Manager in higher education with four years of experience driving marketing strategy, campaigns, and operations at the university level.

Alongside my marketing career, I research at the intersection of machine learning and marketing science, specifically causal deep learning, sequence modeling, and graph neural networks applied to problems like customer lifetime value estimation, multi-touch attribution, and consumer behavior. More recently, I've developed a deep interest in mechanistic interpretability, focusing on understanding why models make the decisions they do, not just what they predict.

Outside of work, you can find me playing soccer, reading, or biking.
